By placing an order with Rocketprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all orders, services, and interactions with our business.
2. Orders and Artwork
All orders must be confirmed in writing or via our official order process. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and print-ready artwork unless design services have been requested. Rocketprint is not liable for errors in artwork provided by the client.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary based on materials, quantities, and turnaround times. Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless specified.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins, unless prior arrangements have been made. Rocketprint accepts EFT, card payments, and other approved methods. Late payments may delay production and delivery.
5. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on workload, product type, and complexity. Rocketprint is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incomplete client submissions.
6. Delivery and Collection
Rocketprint offers delivery across South Africa via courier, or customers may collect orders at our premises. Risk transfers to the client upon dispatch or collection. Please inspect all goods upon receipt.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cancelled after payment may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the production stage. Custom-printed items are non-refundable unless defective or misprinted due to Rocketprint’s error.
8. Returns and Reprints
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify Rocketprint within 3 working days. We will assess the issue and offer a reprint or credit where appropriate. No returns are accepted without prior approval.
9. Intellectual Property
Clients confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, images, or content submitted for printing. Rocketprint accepts no liability for copyright infringement on materials provided by the client.
10. Limitation of Liability
While Rocketprint takes all reasonable care to deliver quality results, our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
